When can I expect my order?

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery time is 1–3 business days, excluding holidays.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

We always ship via DHL.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

For orders over €80, shipping is free. For all orders under €80 shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

• Belgium & Germany: €5,95

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.

I haven’t received a track & trace code, what now?

First, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Send an email to info@lovinsociety.com and we will look into it for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel or change it.
